Charcoal vs. Gas

Top Grilling Tips
A few tricks of the trade:
Always start with a clean grill.
Don’t move the food around and flip meats only once.
Don’t squeeze or flatten meats – it removes fat and flavor.

Use a meat thermometer.
Leave meat out for about 30 minutes prior to grilling for even cooking.
