Green tea also lowers cholesterol, blood pressure, and triglyceride levels. It strengthens our immune system and helps fight against tooth decay and different viruses.

Chamomile tea aids in reducing stress levels and helps to digest food. Chamomile is one of the best known popular herbs which is used all over the world. It encourages peaceful sleep and reduces the problems associated with insomnia.
Hibiscus Tea
Hibiscus tea is made from dried hibiscus flowers. It is said to help reduce hypertension, cholesterol, and blood pressure. The presence of antioxidants in hibiscus tea gives us protection against cell-damaging free radicals.
Dandelion Tea
