Protect Yourself from the Smallest Yet Most Dangerous Animal in the World
Mosquitoes may be tiny, but no animal or insect is as notorious as this bug. It may well be the deadliest in the world.
Malaria, Zika, and dengue virus are only some of the deadliest diseases contracted simply from a mosquito bite. It is more important than ever to protect yourself and your family against mosquitoes.
I can’t stress this enough! In my neck of the woods (Texas), mosquitoes are extremely bad this year.
There is a constant threat of the Zika virus and the many other viruses contracted through a single mosquito bite. So, constant protection against mosquitoes is key to having a safe and healthy summer.
I have written articles about various methods on how to repel mosquitoes. This includes different methods using essential oils, and plants that repel mosquitoes and other insects/pests.
There is also, how a bat house can prove beneficial to controlling the mosquito population. A single bat can consume 1200 mosquitoes in an hour!
In this article, I’ll share with you three extremely effective homemade mosquito repellents safe for you and your family – ALL NATURAL. NO HARSH CHEMICALS!
How to Make All-Natural Homemade Mosquito Spray Repellents
Apparently, mosquitoes are attracted to carbon dioxide and certain human odors, especially. Thus, they are drawn to the smell of sweat, urine, and lactating mothers.
So, it is really logical to either be odorless or mask our scent. Yet, they are also attracted to certain perfumes and cologne scent.
Besides, most perfumes and colognes contain ingredients that may also be harmful in the long run. Therefore, natural and essential oils remain the best solution to masking our odor.

Thanks for sharing these awesome tips! I think that natural mosquito repellents you described here are the best option because it don’t contain any chemicals. The scent of cranesbil is what repells mosquitoes too. I always have a couple of pots in my house because mosquitoes are a big trouble in our area.
