MEMORIAL DAY: The Fight to Help Our Veterans
If an alien came to earth on Memorial Day, they'd probably think it was all about barbecues and sales. But we must never forget what it's really about: honoring those who willingly gave up their freedom and risked their lives to defend our country.
Memorial Day is About Giving Back
And while this day is focused on those who gave the ultimate sacrifice, we must not forget those who came home. Watch this video to learn more about what can be done to support our veterans.
So, this Memorial Day we encourage you to take action to get our veterans the support they need.

It’s really a shame that Bill made this about himself, rather than about the Vets. Thank you, Mr. Sinise! We CANNOT do enough for these brave men and women, and their families!

Here is what McCain has to tell about the devoted and America loving, Military loving Pres (aka: POS)
Three months ago….President’s photo op. This month President Obama finally decided to visit veterans at Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix, nearly one year after reports first surfaced about Arizona veterans dying due to VA mismanagement and two months after the President’s motorcade drove directly past the Phoenix VA without stopping.
While I was glad to be invited to participate in a roundtable discussion with the President and other leaders, I was stunned that he used the visit to announce the creation of yet another advisory committee to study the problem. It is clear that the President’s visit served more as a photo-op than it did a meaningful discussion of the challenges our veterans continue to face in getting the timely health care they have earned and deserve.
